This new facility for Pasco-Hernando Community Collage (PHCC) in Wesley Chapel consists of a five story building, in four distinctive sections with curved facades. The building is located on a new site for the college. Chastain-Skillman, Inc. (CSI) was contracted to provide surveying for eight baselines to be used for the construction of the new building. CSI was tasked to coordinate the location of the proposed structure on the site. CSI verified the boundary and made field adjustments to correct issues with the boundary. CSI also provide the staking of two facility buildings and light poles.
