Chastain-Skillman recently hired Lennie Arnold, PE as the new Vice President of Operations.  Mr. Arnold has over 35 years of experience in the industry and has played a large role in the growth of Central Florida throughout the course of his career.

In his new role, Arnold will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company.  Arnold’s addition to the team will boost business development, create opportunities for employee success and provide quality assurance for clients and partners.

Before joining the Chastain-Skillman team, Arnold worked as VP/Director of Planning and Design at S&ME.  Prior to that, he worked as a Business Unit Manager for AMEC Earth and Environmental, a Project Manager for HNTB, the President of Southeast Bridge and Concrete, Inc. and an Estimator at Arnold Construction Company.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
