Chastain-Skillman was excited to work with The Lunz Group, Rodda Construction, MES Group, OSPORTS, and S&ME to bring the Northeast Regional Park (NERP) Baseball Complex Expansion to life for Polk County.

The $5.6M NERP expansion included four new baseball fields, picnic shelters, a playground area, and a building structure with restrooms, a shower area, a locker room area, and concessions.
Chastain-Skillman provided Civil Site Design, Permitting, and Bidding & Construction Phase services.
The NERP Grand Opening Celebration is scheduled for March 19th at 8:30 a.m. at 50901 U.S. 27 in Davenport.
