We performed a topographic survey and subsurface utility designations for water main improvements along Ernie Caldwell Blvd. and US Hwy 17/92.
Chastain-Skillman (CS) performed a topographic survey with subsurface utility designations for a new reuse water main pipeline along Ernie Caldwell Blvd. and US Hwy 17/92.
Our survey crews worked on completing the topographic survey, right-of-way location, and utility designations for the Engineer of Record to review.
After a review from the Engineer of Record, our crews returned to the site to retrieve test hole (VVH โ Verified vertical and horizontal) locations at critical points for the project.
Two change orders were made to the additional scope per the client’s request: the first included having the CS team provide three legal descriptions with sketches of the proposed pump station site based on provided limits. The second included the addition of subsurface utilities and test holes to the Topographic Survey prepared by CS, the preparation of legal descriptions with sketches, and various Subsurface Utility Location services such as providing traffic control. Legal descriptions requested in the first change order were delivered within 2 weeks; services requested in the second change order were completed by 11/2019.
