CS is providing surveying and civil engineering services for a new 32,000-SF storage building in Lakeland, FL.
Chastain-Skillman, Inc. (CS) teamed with Miller Valentine Group for the construction of a new storage facility in the Kathleen area of Lakeland, Florida. CS provided surveying, civil engineering and permitting services for the project.
Survey services included boundary and topographic surveying.
Civil engineering services included a preliminary site plan, pre-application meetings, civil engineering design documents, stormwater calculations, construction drawings and construction specifications.
CS coordinated with Southwest Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the City of Lakeland for permitting for the project. CS also subcontracted with DIRT to provide landscape architecture services.
The overall project includes a storage building approximately 32,000-SF in size with associated parking, utilities and stormwater and is currently under construction.
