The Park Avenue Connector Trail is part of the Lake Wales Connected – Downtown Revitalization Plan that the City of Lake Wales (City) has adopted to transform the downtown area. Chastain-Skillman (CS) is providing surveying and civil engineering services for the 2,135-foot Park Avenue Connector Trail. This trail will convert a one-way street to a trail and bicycle path that also maintains traffic on one side of the street. The trail will connect Park Avenue to the Lake Wailes trail system. A portion of this project will be funded by grant dollars.
