Chastain-Skillman, Inc. (CSI) was contracted to provide construction staking services for the construction of a Gypsum stack expansion located in NE Hillsborough County, Florida. The first phase of this multi-phase project began in July 2009 and lasted approximately one year. The project then sat idle for approximately one year, resuming in early 2012. CSI Surveyors were on site weekly providing detailed survey staking in order to facilitate the construction per the Engineering plans. CSI Surveyors worked with several contractors throughout the duration of the project, all which required different staking needs. The project is scheduled to be completed in early 2013.
