Effective Sunday, April 9th, 2023:
Senior Project Manager, Vaughan Leer, PE, has been promoted to Assistant Director of Water/Wastewater Engineering β Lakeland.
Mr. Leer has over 26 years of experience and a diversified background in civil engineering design and project management, with an emphasis on water and wastewater design and permitting. His accomplishments and experience include the successful design and management of varied civil engineering projects from conceptual design and surveying through construction including client representation, construction observation, and contract administration.
Mr. Leer has served as the primary contact for public, private, and institutional clients. He has performed design and reviews for water distribution systems, sewage collection utilities, stormwater management systems, and transportation facilities Vaughan has conducted feasibility studies and prepared cost opinions, and has provided construction services for these clients. These types of projects typically require surveying services, utility coordination, permitting, and preparation of construction plans and specifications.
Water/Wastewater Engineer II, Noah Reinhart, EI, has been promoted to Engineer III.
Mr. Reinhart has experience working as a project engineer specializing in wastewater treatment plant design, wastewater pump station design, and solids handling facility (aerobic digestion) design. Mr. Reinhart also has experience with construction phase services, project specification writing, and technical reports (capacity analysis, preliminary design, State Revolving Fund facilities plan).
Water/Wastewater Engineer I, Alex Barnes, EI, has been promoted to Engineer II.
Mr. Barnes has experience working as a project engineer specializing in linear water utility design, CAD modeling, and data logging. He specializes in FDOT utility relocation, construction, permitting, and water/wastewater treatment plant design.
