Chastain-Skillman, Inc. (CS) is excited to announce the promotion Andre Rives, EI, a Water/Wastewater Engineer based out of our Lakeland HQ.
Effective Sunday, September 24th, 2023:
Engineer III, Andre Rives, EI, has been promoted to Engineer IV.
Mr. Rives has been a part of the Chastain-Skillman team for over three years. His experience includes working as a project engineer specializing in wastewater treatment plant design, water and sewer modeling, pipeline design, and construction phase services. Mr. Rives also has experience in wastewater plant permitting, industrial pretreatment programs, and sewer ordinance writing.
Mr. Rives won the ASCE Ridge Chapter’s Young Engineer of the Year Award in 2021, and has provided insight on industry topics such as Chastain-Skillman’s involvement with the Polk Regional Water Cooperative and The Benefits of Hydraulic Modeling for Water and Sewer Systems.
