Chastain-Skillman is proud to be providing civil engineering and survey services for Summit Consulting’s new office building on Lake Mirror in downtown Lakeland. Summit has recently broken ground on the new 135,000-square-foot building that will house 500 employees. The building will also include a parking lot that has 450 spaces – 150 of which will be open to the public on evenings and weekends. Chastain-Skillman is excited to be part of this and many other projects that are bringing business to downtown Lakeland.
