We are proud to have contributed to the revitalization of a park that is widely utilized and enjoyed by South Lakeland residents.
Chastain-Skillman (CS) was retained by Glatting, Jackson, Kercher, Anglin, Lopez, Rinehart, Inc. to perform site work design and permitting services on this project for the Polk County Leisure Services Department.
The project entailed the demolition of an antiquated park facility with the construction of a brand new quadraplex softball complex, utilized by Christina Girls Softball.
CS’s services included the design and permitting of grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, and water systems. In addition, CS provided reviews of site work during the construction period.
The completed Christina Park is widely enjoyed by the community, providing upgraded play structures, restrooms, and pavilions; in addition to a new softball complex.
